Overview
The primary purpose of the role is to deliver on-site technical support across the complete range of LES Commercial Mitsubishi Electric products, both current and existing. On-site support is generally provided in four key areas which are:
- Commissioning
- Health Checks
- Fault Finding
- Investigative Works

Responsibilities
- Perform all key activities in-line with department standards and company principles.
- Proactively manage your calendar and bookings to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction post visit.
- Effectively problem solve ensuring each activity results in clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Produce concise, well written technical reports that are submitted on time and in full.
- Act in a polite and courteous manner always, providing exceptional levels of customer support when dealing with customers, both on and off site.
- Always comply with Health & Safety in the course of your duties and support the administration team in the creation of risk assessments and method statements that adhere to this.
- When liaising with other areas of the business engage positively with outcomes focused on customer centricity and a \βbest in industry\β service.
- Track, benchmark and develop your technical ability on new and existing products ensuring the highest level of knowledge is maintained.
- Experience working with Electrical and Electronic components and can demonstrate safe working practices.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Category 1 F-Gas (City & Guilds 2079)
- IOSH, or equivalent, safety qualification
- IT literate with product engineering software and Microsoft packages β Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Competent as working alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
