Role summary: As part of UK CPG Regional (Branch) Network Senior Management Team, the purpose of the Regional Business (Branch) Manager role is to assimilate CPG UK Strategy, develop and execute plans to deliver required business goals for the Region which are aligned to the MEUK LES CPG Business Strategy and UK Branch Business policies and procedures. The role is an inspirational leader, manager, coach and developer of high performance for both direct and matrix managed teams that deliver growth for Business, Team and Individuals. Be the Senior Commercial Business Leader and Thought Leadership ‘face’ of the MEUK LES Brand in the Region with executives and senior managers from private and public organisations with whom we engage.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Quotation pipeline to meet target for growth.
- Quotation Conversion rate meet or exceed target.
- Order Intake targets met/exceeded.
- Direct leadership of KPI achievement from Regional Pre-Sales Technical (Bidding) Team via Management of PST Team Leader.
- Direct and Matrix leadership of KPI achievement from all Account Management, Business Development and Sales resources qualifying, targeting, creating, shaping and capturing demand in the Region.
- Matrix Leadership of KPI achievement from Operations in managing and converting order book, fulfilling demand to achieve sales results.
