Role summary
The Field Manager will be accountable for primary Health and Safety followed by planning and execution of all works of the project allocated under the Project Manager direction. They will be responsible for managing the project’s allocated resources, monitoring progress, reporting effectively, and supporting delivery of the project in line with budget and abiding by the company policies, processes, and customer contract requirements.
Qualifications
- SSSTS / SMSTS (Site related Skill sets)
- CSCS Card (Gold/ Black/ White)
- NVQ3 in Lift & Escalator Installation (Desirable)
- Extensive experience with complex Project Management
Skills/Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Management, Health & Safety of Prestige and Complex Projects.
- Accountable for the Financial Result of Projects allocated.
- Coordination, Communication, Preparation and Planning of all Project Related requirements.
- Co-ordination, Preparation and Control of all project related documentation.
- Adhering to MEU-UK Processes, Quality Control and Reporting Systems.
- Time Management Control of Plant and Assets.
- Attendance at Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Internal/External Meetings as Required.
- Weekly Update and Issue Project Programmes and Report Internally and Externally.
- Management, Coordination and Planning of Resources and Sub-Contract Trades.
- Organised, Motivated, Decision making, Problem solving, Conflict Management.
- Point of contact for Projects internally and externally.
- Financial responsibility, Risk Management, Cost Control, Contract awareness.
