Role summary: The Channels Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic execution across all third-party sales channels at a national level. This role oversees a team of 12 and ensures seamless coordination across multiple regions, delivering consistent performance standards and compliance. Managing relationships with our highest-spending customers, the position plays a critical role in safeguarding revenue streams and maximising profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent operational standards across all third-party sales channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to the achievement of national sales and profitability targets through effective operational management.
- Support commercial strategies that maximise margin and customer value.
- Provide operational input to commercial decisions, influencing trading terms and service models.
- Lead, coach, and develop a large team to deliver exceptional performance.
