Mitsubishi Electric is a global innovator in energy, automation and building technologies. The Residential site service engineer carries out the tasks related to supporting the Mitsubishi Electric range of residential products and solutions. The main focus of the role will be on:
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Fault finding and repair works
- Unit replacements & system upgrades
- Emergency call outs
Perform all activities in-line with high customer service centricity, department standards and company principles. Achieve high levels of maintenance, repair and system upgrade standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Domestic Heating & Plumbing (6189) or demonstrable heating industry experience
- Knowledge of building and water regulations
- G3 Domestic Unvented Hot Water qualification
- Electrical qualifications – (Part P or Equivalent)
- Full clean driving license
- Proficient IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Recognised HVAC Service and Maintenance qualifications
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of work (IOSH, NEBOSH)
- Knowledge of renewable heating systems (Air Source Heat Pumps) is desirable but not essential
- F Gas and/or NVQ Level 2 in refrigerant & air conditioning is desirable but not essential
