Take ownership of CPG finished goods and warranty claim returns, ensuring smooth and accurate processing. Conduct and report on finished goods inspections, maintaining top-tier quality standards. Investigate and report on quality issues, collaborating with factories and customers to drive improvements. Conduct new product and prototype testing, contributing to innovation.
