You will play an important role in helping our service and maintenance teams stay organised, respond quickly, and deliver a professional experience to customers:
- Support the scheduling of engineers and service visits, helping make sure work is booked and completed on time.
- Help manage planned and urgent work, keeping customers and colleagues updated when priorities change.
- Work closely with teams such as credit control, warranty, and sales to help sort issues out quickly.
- Keep service administration accurate and up to date so jobs can move through the process properly.
- Help support colleagues across different regions when needed.
- Spot problems early, ask questions, and help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.
Experience in administration, service support, scheduling, coordination, customer service, office support, or a similar role. Good IT skills and confidence using the usual office systems.
