Modernisation projects across the UK Lift and Escalator Division (LED) of Mitsubishi Electric Europe B. with the prime objective of enhancing the customer experience as per MEU-UK Values.

  • 5+ Years previous experience and results in Modernisation Sales within the Lift Industry.
  • Ownership of the full sales cycle with proactive development of existing and new customer relationships.
  • Proactive identification and creation of new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Create and issue Microsoft Project Programmes using MEU-UK template.
  • Obtain quotations and negotiate for non-standard local supply items.
  • Negotiate and agree the Commercial Terms and Conditions.
  • Attend sites to carry out survey of environment to allow accurate quoting and agreement of specification.
