Role summary: This role will be responsible for managing the Health and Safety of Complex Projects, accountable for the planning and Financials of the life cycle of the project allocated closing within budget set.
Qualifications:
- SSSTS / SMSTS (Site related Skill sets)
- CSCS Card (Gold/ Black/ White)
- NVQ3 in Lift & Escalator Installation (Desirable)
- Extensive experience with complex Project Management
Skills/Responsibilities: To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Overall Management, H&S and Accountable for the Financial Result of Projects.
- Attendance at Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Internal/External Meetings as Required.
- Weekly Update and Issue Project Programmes and Report Internally and Externally.
- Accountable for Customer Satisfaction and Primary Point of Contact for Projects Internally and Externally.
- Monthly Cost Plan Reviews and Applications (AFP).
- Raising RPO’s, Goods Receipting and Commercial Responsibilities (VO’s, Delay Reporting, Dayworks)
- Management, Health & Safety of Prestige and Complex Projects.
- Accountable for the Financial Result of Projects allocated.
- Coordination, Communication, Preparation and Planning of all Project Related requirements.
