Role summary: We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to support the Residential Life Cycle Solutions (RLCS) S&M Group functions to support the group over a 24 month period in the introduction of Automation, Innovation and Efficiencies of new processes, continuous improvement, delivery of projects, as well as act as project expert for RLCS and to become an integral part of the RLCS Operations Team on delivering Roadmap activities.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Independently manage small and medium projects owned by Residential Group
- Be a subject matter expert for Residential when dealing with OEH/BSG projects
- Create new and improve existing processes using change management tools that increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Residential Team
- Increase efficiency by establishing process based KPIs for the Residential group
- Maximise & enhance the efficiency of new and existing business processes & procedures related to the Residential Group
- Support the Residential Senior Management Team with meeting activities
- Ownership of actionable meeting outcomes
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Enhance management reporting & look for opportunities to improve
- Lead in the preparation, setting up and review of contracts related to the Residential group
- Become point of contact and reliable resource regarding Residential processes/procedures & compliance for the LES business
Experience:
- Previous experience in an Operations environment
- Demonstrable change management abilities
- Analytical with the ability to interpret, understand and act upon information and data from multiple sources
- Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
- A team player who can collaborate with all stakeholder groups
- Good knowledge of administration/operations management and managing business aspects of an organisation
- The ability to identify trends and interpret data with a view to recommending improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven Stakeholder engagement, management & alignment skills
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication with ability to build relationships and deliver change
- Effective decision taker with high standards of personal and professional integrity
