As part of UK CPG Regional (Branch) Network Senior Management Team, the purpose of the Regional Business (Branch) Manager role is to assimilate CPG UK Strategy, develop and execute plans to deliver required business goals for the Region which are aligned to the MEUK LES CPG Business Strategy and UK Branch Business policies and procedures.

The role is an inspirational leader, manager, coach and developer of high performance for both direct and matrix managed teams that deliver growth for Business, Team and Individuals. Be the Senior Commercial Business Leader and Thought Leadership ‘face’ of the MEUK LES Brand in the Region with executives and senior managers from private and public organisations with whom we engage.

Direct and Matrix leadership of KPI achievement from all Account Management, Business Development and Sales resources qualifying, targeting, creating, shaping and capturing demand in the Region. Work with National & Regional Commercial Teams to create and implement customer centric processes and strategies per year.

Minimum 10% of time Direct customer engagement, understanding their needs/wants to be fed into business strategy and regional plan. All account managers have a balanced portfolio of Customer accounts that have sufficient opportunity and credit to collectively meet regional business goals. Ensuring we have a robust succession plan in place both for leavers and possible promotions (to ensure continuity of business). Time spent with sales team supporting them and helping individual members of the team to develop both personally and professionally.

Knowledge and experience of the UK Construction industry key commercial behaviours, players and relationships, typically gained through 5+ years’ experience operating in a similar managerial/sales/techno-commercial/operational role. Minimum five years’ experience of leading, managing and building high performing commercial teams. Demonstrable experience of successfully coaching and developing colleagues providing the business with high potential talent pool for succession planning. In-depth knowledge of the Commercial HVAC industry both within the region and over the UK as a whole (desirable).

A Team oriented, coach and role model who has ability to inspire teams to work towards the collective goals of the business through collaboration and individual contributions. Understands the balance between supporting the team and doing what is right for the business. Ability to transfer the strategy of the business into meaningful actions that the Branch/Regional team can implement.
