The role gathers and clarifies requirements, assists in solution design, and ensures that project outcomes align with business needs. Use business and divisional knowledge to consider impact on other processes and additional testing needs. Work with business and IT to ensure that they system solutions fully meet the business requirements. Ensure the development team has enough details to get the task/project done by providing process documentation, business domain models, event and interaction models and any other supporting material to enable stories to meet requirements. Good business analysis (minimum of 3 years). Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
