  • Manage allocated service route and complete all planned maintenance against agreed schedule.
  • Proactively adjust / resolve the issue to help improve the general performance of the lift.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Maintenance.
  • Good electrical / mechanical skills and the ability to apply these in a practical environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, including workload planning and the balance between responsive and planned activities.
  • Capability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and familiar with the use of standard test instruments and hand tools.
  • Timely completion of all planned maintenance activities each week / month.
  • Zero maintenance related insurance items defects.
  • Working within the field service team responsible to the area team leader and to support colleagues in adjacent areas as required / directed.
  • To establish effective working relations with the site operations team of all clients within your designated service route, from large corporate commercial sites to high wealth individuals’ private homes.
  • The role is field based and is the most significant client facing position within the business regarding the day-to-day contact with our clients.
  • Strong and effective service delivery will help ensure we both retain and grow the service portfolio which will support the broader divisional and branch goals.
