Skills/Responsibilities:
- Support the scheduling of engineers and service visits, helping make sure work is booked and completed on time.
- Raise sales orders, work orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately through the systems we use.
- Help manage planned and urgent work, keeping customers and colleagues updated when priorities change.
- Work closely with teams such as credit control, warranty, and sales to help sort issues out quickly.
- Keep service administration accurate and up to date so jobs can move through the process properly.
- Help support colleagues across different regions when needed.
- Make sure the right information is in the right place so engineers, customers, and internal teams can all stay aligned.
- Spot problems early, ask questions, and help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.
Experience:
- Experience in administration, service support, scheduling, coordination, customer service, office support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with customers and colleagues.
- A high standard of organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage more than one priority at a time and stay calm when things are busy.
- A practical mindset and confidence to use your initiative.
- A team-first attitude and the ability to build good working relationships.
- Good IT skills and confidence using the usual office systems.
