Role summary: This role primarily focuses on delivering training programmes to customers through a variety of means such as digital delivery, face to face delivery and onsite delivery at either a customer's premises or on a live installation site. The job also has a large part of design work that is required to be completed for new and existing courses which involves digital design of online learning programmes and face to face presentation design. Each member of the team is given specific projects to work on with agreed deadlines that is to be completed in and around training delivery requirements. This role is essential in supporting the sales team by enabling them to provide comprehensive, end to end training solutions for customers interested in our equipment. It also plays a key role across multiple departments, collaborating closely with our technical teams on product testing, new product launches, and event participation. Additionally, it ensures alignment with our aftersales teams to guarantee customers receive the appropriate guidance and support throughout their entire journey.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Successfully delivering all of the required training programmes to meet our NPS Bench mark and the commitments we have to our customers.
- Ensuring that all learning needs are identified throughout sessions and that these are covered off by the end of each training session.
- Obtaining feedback of the highest level when delivering programmes and ensuring that customers have experienced real value of the training delivered.
- Using feedback from customers to further improve our training programmes ensuring that we are meeting their standards.
- Coping with unexpected high volumes of customers that have larger demands on us as a training team to deliver to high numbers of customers whilst ensuring that we don’t drop the quality of the training that we deliver.
- Working with sales teams, SME's and Technical departments when designing and delivering training programmes.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business ensuring that we are delivering programmes that meet their requirements.
- Working with internal employees who need bespoke training or when we require for them to support or take part in training programmes.
Experience:
- Experience delivering face to face training.
- Designing training content for use in face to face programme delivery.
- Designing online content for training programmes.
- Working for a large Heating or AC organisation, AC and chiller experience preferable.
- Training qualification such as CIPD or A1/V1 – desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects alongside training commitments.
- Electrical qualification.
- NVQ / C&G in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Knowledge of F-Gas, G3 Unvented Heating Systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Technical background commensurate with the experience required to deliver training.
Personal attributes: self-motivated, disciplined, reliable, team player, driven, methodical, personable and resourceful.
Full Driving License – regular travel is required for training across the branch network and to visit customer locations.
