About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the set up & smooth operation of the line.
- Printing paperwork and checking availability of raw material/packaging.
- Preparation of and delivery of lab samples.
- Carry out basic quality analysis checks.
- Pack all finished product as directed by the production.
- All product to be suitably identified with correct labelling.
- Print and complete clean down sheets.
- Carry out cleaning activities as directed by procedure and production schedule.
- Perform basic maintenance of equipment as defined in department procedures.
- Report Findings.
- Set up production recipes on the controller following department procedures.
- Packing all product as directed by the plan.
- All product to be suitably identified with correct labelling.
- Print and complete clean down sheets, perform clean downs as per procedure between production runs.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Manufacturing – preferably shift based.
- Situations requiring sound problem solving ability.
- Plastics processing – preferred but not essential.
- ForkLift Truck Licence (counterbalance) - preferred but not essential.
- First Aid (to include defibrillator use) - preferred but not essential.
- Improvement techniques - Inhouse training to be provided.
- Good educational standard, literacy & numeracy skills are essential.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Engineering skills (electrical &/or mechanical) desirable but not essential.
