About the role:
- The Associate General Counsel (m/f/d) will provide legal support for the affiliates of Mitsubishi Chemical Group EMEA in the areas of litigation; advising management on strategy and providing litigation reports.
- Drafting, structuring and reviewing commercial agreements.
- Working closely with colleagues globally including HR, Finance and Internal Audit.
- Instilling confidence and fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect among colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified lawyer or equivalent (Germany or England).
- Multinational diversified company exposure required and experience working in chemical, materials or manufacturing environment desirable.
- Role would suit a lawyer with a background in corporate/commercial property law.
