About the role: The Associate General Counsel (m/f/d) will provide legal support for the affiliates of Mitsubishi Chemical Group EMEA in the areas of:
- Overseeing litigation; advising management on strategy and providing litigation reports
- Drafting, structuring and reviewing commercial agreements
- Working closely with colleagues globally including HR, Finance and Internal Audit
- Instilling confidence and fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect among colleagues
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified lawyer or equivalent (Germany or England)
- Multinational diversified company exposure required and experience working in chemical, materials or manufacturing environment desirable
- Role would suit a lawyer with a background in corporate / commercial property law
