Role Summary

Are you ready to take ownership of customer relationships and drive growth in a dynamic, global organisation? We are looking for a Regional Sales Engineer (OEM) to join our EMEA team and help us deliver exceptional value to our customers.

  • Manage and grow relationships with top OEM accounts aiming to double the portfolio.
  • Identify new opportunities for shapes and parts, ensuring sustainable growth and market share.
  • Act as a role model for best practices and collaborate closely with Inside Sales and other internal teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and application knowledge to offer competitive solutions.
  • Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate follow-up activities to hit defined targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and market data in Salesforce to support strategic decisions.

This role would benefit from someone being based in the South of England.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanics, Plastics, or Chemistry.
  • Experience: Sales and engineering background, ideally in an industrial production environment.
  • Skills: Technical knowledge of materials and machining; Ability to read technical drawings; Familiarity with CNC machining and ERP systems; Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
