We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Operative to join our team. This role involves operating specialist plastic equipment to produce machined components within precise drawing tolerances, liaising with planners, supporting secondary operations and warehouse duties, and ensuring safe, efficient, and timely completion of set tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Operate specialist plastics equipment to produce machined components within drawing tolerances.
  • Liaise with the planner to ensure components meet drawing specifications and tolerances.
  • Support secondary operations, ensuring all dispatches are packed to maintain high quality standards.
  • Assist with planning and production of customer parts.
  • Support warehouse duties, including handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Carry out assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

Qualifications

A proactive team player with a strong work ethic, valuing safety, precision and quality. Experience in plastics or manufacturing is a plus but full training will be provided.
