Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The job responsibilities include delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience by liaising with the kitchen and bar teams, and upholding the highest hospitality standards. You will play an active role in creating a warm and engaging environment for customers while assisting with daily operations, including managing reservations, supporting events like karaoke and DJ nights, and maintaining the atmosphere of the restaurant. You will also collaborate with team members to resolve any customer concerns and help drive the overall success of Mitsu.
