Our client is on a mission to modernise how the life sciences industry approaches MES — and they need a Senior Solution Consultant to help lead that charge.
You will be designing and delivering next-generation MES solutions using cutting-edge, low-code technology. Think smarter, faster deployments — in highly regulated, high-impact environments.
This is more than a deployment role. It’s an opportunity to rethink MES from the ground up. You’ll be the bridge between technical possibilities and real-world manufacturing transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with pharma and biotech clients to understand business processes and pain points
- Translate those insights into elegant, compliant MES solutions
- Design integration pathways between MES and ERP, lab devices, IoT, and equipment interfaces
- Run requirement-gathering workshops and develop clear, actionable specifications
- Support project delivery from concept to post-go-live improvement
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders across global teams
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts and mentor junior consultants
What You Bring
- 5+ years delivering MES solutions (Tulip or similar platforms - e.g. Siemens, Rockwell, Koerber, etc.)
- Strong experience in integration: ERP, lab systems, IoT, machines
- A practical grasp of GMP, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Familiarity with business process mapping from URS to validation
- Confident working across Fit-Gap, presales, and improvement phases
- Curious, modern mindset — excited by low-code tools and continuous improvement
- Experience in regulated life sciences is essential

Package & Flexibility
- £60,000-£70,000 base salary
