Mitre Claims Management is an independent Third Party Claims Administrator, supporting Policyholders and Insurers to achieve the best claims outcomes.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Professional Indemnity Claims Solicitor at Mitre Claims Management. As a Professional Indemnity Claims Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling and managing professional indemnity claims with a focus on SRA regulated Professionals and FCA regulated Professionals. This is a hybrid role located in Greater London, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in handling professional indemnity claims
  • Strong knowledge of insurance law, contract law, and relevant litigation processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Range

Remuneration will be based upon a candidates experience and suitability for however it is anticipated the role will pay between £50,000 and £75,000 per annum of a Full Time Basis
