Our Napier and Hastings stores are proudly 100% locally owned and operated by the Ricketts family, trusted in the Bay since 1961. From humble beginnings in Taradale, we’ve grown into one of the largest retail businesses in the region, employing over 250 amazing locals.

We’re looking for a Sales Team Member to join our Powertools & Hardware Department.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A team player who thrives in a busy environment
• Great customer service skills (experience is a bonus!)
• An interest in DIY or hardware – knowledge is helpful but not essential

About the Role

• Full-time position (32-40 hours per week)
• Working to a roster, including one weekend day
• Reporting to the Department Team Leader
• Helping customers find the right tools and hardware for their projects
