Mitre 10 MEGA Hastings is looking for a vigilant and professional team member to help reduce shrinkage and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming store environment.
Reporting to the Security Team Leader, you will:
- Promote loss prevention across Retail, Garden, and Trade areas
- Help create a safe environment for customers and team members
- Support staff to detect and deter theft and fraud
- Liaise with local police and neighboring retailers
- Apprehend shoplifters using approved techniques, always prioritising safety
We’re looking for someone who is calm under pressure, alert, honest, and professional, with a strong focus on customer service. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
