Columbus Coffee in Hastings is looking for an energetic Barista/Café Assistant to join our locally owned and operated Hawke’s Bay team.

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for hospitality — especially coffee
• Willingness to learn the Columbus Coffee way of making exceptional drinks
• Confidence chatting with customers about anything and everything
• The ability to hit a sixth gear when it gets busy
• A positive attitude and great vibe every single day
• Flexibility with availability — we’re open 7 days (daytime hours only!)

Experience as a barista in a busy café is ideal, but if you have the right attitude and a real passion for coffee, we’re happy to train you.
