Job Overview
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows and glass surfaces around the commercial premises of Bluewater Shopping Centre, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety at all times.
Main Duties
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces (internal and external)
- Use appropriate tools such as squeegees, water‑fed poles, ladders, or access equipment
- Remove dirt, grime, and stains safely and effectively
- Follow health & safety procedures, especially when working at height
- Inspect windows for damage and report any issues
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure it is in good working order
- Provide excellent customer service when on-site
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or window cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work at height and in various weather conditions
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Knowledge of health & safety practices
