Position: Soft Services Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Location: Herts CLCH NHS - Watford - Langley House

Role Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Clients and Internal teams
- Conduct Cleaning and Catering Audits for the site
- Monitor performance against SLAs and Cleaning specifications
- Schedule teams rotas, sick and annual leave cover etc
- Ensure service delivery across the contracts aligns with company policies and procedures (HR, QHSE, RTW, Vetting and Compliance)
- Manage employee wages and ensure Health & safety compliance
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Soft Services/Cleaning
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Food Hygiene qualification is highly desirable
- Supervisory/Managerial experience
- Strong organisation skills and time management
