We're looking for a Mobile Water Technician to deliver water hygiene compliance and maintenance services across the South East of England.
Role Responsibilities:
- Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, and minor plumbing works.
- Carrying out routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8.
- Maintaining customer water logbooks and completing all required documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.
- Carrying out water system cleans and disinfections in line with ACoP L8 and Mitie procedures.
- Testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and supporting basic plumbing works where required.
- Completing closed system on-site analysis and chemical dosing.
- Carrying out mains injection works.
- Performing cooling tower cleaning and disinfection activities.
- Completing weekly and monthly on-site cooling tower analysis.
- Undertaking boroscope inspections of hot water cylinders and calorifiers.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
