Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: London & Home Counties

Responsibilities

  • Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial plumbing tasks and project work.
  • Carrying out water heater installation, cold water storage tank remedials.
  • Replacement of POU, water heater, CWST (small & sectional).
  • Carrying out remedial work, Keraflo valves installation and replacement, installation of dosing pot and filter pot.
  • Cooling tower dosing controllers and associated plant, Legionella risk assessment remedial works.
  • Maintaining customer water logbooks and completing all required documentation in accordance with current guidelines and company policy.
  • Conducting water system cleans and disinfections in accordance with ACOP L8 and company procedures.
  • Testing, servicing and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), alongside completing basic plumbing works as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within compliance servicing, Legionella monitoring or water treatment (or relevant transferable experience).
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
  • Minimum Level 2 NVQ or equivalent qualification in plumbing.
