We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

Role Responsibilities:
- -Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
- -Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
- -Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
- -Report site hazards and relevant information to management
- -Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required
What we're looking for:
- -Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
- -Good understanding of smartphone technology
- -Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
- -PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
- -Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
