We\βre looking for a Ward Host who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain dining and service for the patients, including food, trolleys, and cleaning equipment.
- Serve food in correct portions and wash dishes, cutlery, and catering equipment.
- Clean ward pantry daily and follow health and safety standards.
- Maintain records and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, manager, and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
What we\βre looking for
- Previous catering experience in a similar environment (desirable).
- Basic Food Hygiene and Health & Safety certificates (training provided if not held).
- Adequate numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident with strong organisational and time management skills.
