We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage service delivery across three small manufacturing facilities in Towcester, supporting both hard and soft FM services while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for senior clients, ensuring all service delivery issues are effectively managed and resolved.
- Take full ownership of QSHE compliance, ensuring statutory, health, safety and environmental requirements are met and records are maintained.
- Lead and motivate on‑site teams, driving engagement, performance and a high standard of service delivery.
- Manage financial and budgetary control, ensuring contracts operate within agreed budgets and achieve financial targets.
- Oversee business continuity, incident management, energy management and the coordination of audits, reporting and management information.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing both hard and soft Facilities Management services across multi‑site operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior clients.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using CAFM systems and management information reporting.
- Operational experience in managing large, diverse teams and multiple workloads in a fast‑paced environment.
- IOSH essential, NEBOSH desirable. (Please note: This role is subject to SC Clearance.)
