Role Purpose
The Technical Assurance Manager is the primary authority for how electrical infrastructure projects (up to 132kV) are delivered. You will be responsible for defining, standardizing, and enforcing the technical "Blueprints" for project delivery. This includes the standardization of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across the entire project portfolio. You will bridge the gap between various departments to ensure a "Single Way of Working," oversee the NERS accreditation system, and lead the development of a technical training academy, while simultaneously collaborating with other departments to ensure technical excellence from design to operation.
