What we do: We operate in a security alarm receiving centre (ARC) environment, responsible for responding to alarms from a variety of clients throughout the UK, and engaging with emergency services when required, in a timely and professional manner.
Where: Mitie | 1st Floor, Unit 9 Silverwood Business Park, 70 Silverwood Road, Lurgan, Craigavon, County Armagh, BT66 6SY, UK
Hours: 42.5hrs per week, Monday-Friday with rotating shift pattern (6am-2.30pm, 11am-7.30pm and 3pm-11.30pm)
Salary: £31,886.40 per annum

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your team members, while monitoring operational performance against service levels.
- Set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have.
- Ensure that all team members understand the team's objectives and work together to achieve our goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide efficient levels of coaching and support to bridge knowledge gaps where identified.
- Liaise and participate with training and recruitment, to ensure operational headcount and knowledge is at the required standard.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly performance to present data to clients on productivity and success against KPIs.

Essential:
