Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, and meet all agreed SLAs.
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, the timing of work and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and independently as needed.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and constantly improving and exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role, open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
- Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
