The predicted salary is between 28000 - 29000 € per year.

Salary: £13.63 per hour.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Shift pattern: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 5 on / 2 off.

Contract: Permanent.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the site.
  • Maintain high standards, support reporting and administration processes, and deliver excellent service to the client.
  • Support the cleaning team as needed.
  • Support and assist in managing all administration processes related to the contract.
  • Work closely with and take direction from the Site Manager and Regional Account Manager as required.
  • Attend weekly or monthly meetings and conference calls.
  • Update internal and external databases and administration systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • File documentation both manually and electronically in line with business policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all operational paperwork meets corporate standards.
  • Manage reports and support contract documentation, and assist with the preparation for client meetings.
  • Maintain flexibility to achieve deadlines.
  • Support cleaning responsibilities within the warehouse environment, including general cleaning, tidying, and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
  • Respond promptly to client call-outs and manage waste disposal in line with site procedures.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and Mitie policies, with training provided.

What We Are Looking For

  • Administration experience essential.
  • Knowledge of facilities management sectors desirable.
  • Relevant experience of Microsoft packages – must have good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to working.
  • Ability to manage own time, prioritise workload, excellent time-keeping skills and strong planning and organisational ability.
  • Relationship building skills – self-starter, initiative, teamwork and support for teammates.
  • Ability to generate, develop, and present ideas and suggestions for improvements.
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information.
  • Customer care – deliver results and exceed expectations.
  • Well presented, professional appearance and attitude.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Must complete Basic Disclosure (DBS) check and drug and alcohol screening test.
