Are you ready to make a real impact on how we deliver large-scale projects? We are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to join our Bedrock Programme team and help shape the future of commercial and financial controls within Mitie.

What’s the role about?

As a senior member of our transformation programme team, you will lead the way in gathering and documenting requirements, optimising business processes, and ensuring solutions meet organisational needs. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and external partners, navigating complex environments with confidence and adaptability.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive business analysis activities end-to-end across multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and produce clear, actionable documentation.
  • Map and improve processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Translate complex requirements into practical solutions and keep everyone aligned.
  • Work closely with IS professionals to ensure user and business requirements are prioritised throughout project lifecycle from design, build, test and roll out, including leading on UAT.
  • Contribute to Programme strategy and occasionally step up as deputy for the Programme Lead.

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex environments.
  • Advanced skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable with waterfall methodologies (Agile exposure is a bonus).
  • Organised, adaptable, and delivery-focused with a collaborative mindset.
