ROLE: Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical Bias
HOURS: Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week
LOCATION: C&C HMP - HMP Brixton
SALARY: £50,000 - £55,000 (doe)
Mitie have a new position available for an experienced and driven Electrical Bias Maintenance Supervisor to oversee engineering and maintenance teams onsite to ensure full compliance of H&S and drive the team to meet the required profit margins upon the contracted and reactive works.
Role Responsibilities:
- Delegate work to Shift and day engineering teams, in conjunction with the Service Desk Administration Team and Senior Managers.
- Train the shift teams as required including delivering Tool box talks and team briefs.
- Check paperwork and service standards completed by shift teams.
- Ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
- Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.
- Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.
- Organise and supervise sub-contractors as and when required.
- Ensure worksheets are completed for works undertaken and obtain authorisation from the Clients representative.

- City & Guilds - 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification.
- Experience as an Electrician.
- Client, subcontractor management.
