Key Responsibilities
• Manage engineering contracts with a strong focus on electrical maintenance and compliance
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies – always audit ready
• Oversee planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
• Utilise CAFM systems and digital tools to schedule tasks, track performance, and generate reports
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
• Lead and support on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure service excellence
• Take a hands-on approach – support with holiday cover and assist with office moves when needed
• Produce and deliver monthly reports, financial forecasts, and contract performance reviews
What We\'re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Contract Manager with a strong electrical bias
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering) highly desirable
• Proficient in CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) and other FM tech tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Based in or able to travel to Loughborough on a daily basis
