The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Maintenance of the plant and equipment associated with the client Building Mechanical and Electrical system. To ensure that all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.
Main Duties
- To ensure a high quality service
- Ability to manage workload and recognise how to prioritise the work schedule
- To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
- To understand and comply with policies and procedures
- To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
- To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
- A self-managing approach to work with a strong Health and Safety attitude
- To work on shift rotation: 4 on 4 off
What we are looking for
- Qualified engineering Background - C & G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification
- Proactive and self-motivated
