ROLE: Senior Workplace Facilities Coordinator
HOURS: Full time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
LOCATION: On-site - Doncaster

We're looking for a Senior Workplace Facilities Coordinator to act as the customer-facing representative for our facilities services, bringing together multiple service lines into one seamless point of contact and enhancing the day-to-day workplace experience for building users.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related enquiries, logging and managing requests through the CAFM system to ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with building occupants and Floor Leads, holding regular meetings to communicate updates, issues and outstanding works.
- Maintain a visible presence across the workplace, proactively checking shared areas, desks and collaboration spaces to ensure they are clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Monitor service delivery standards across the allocated area, sharing best practice with colleagues to continuously improve performance.
- Play an active role during fire and emergency procedures in line with site requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer-focused environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using CAFM systems, including logging jobs, producing reports and raising purchase orders.
- Strong IT skills, with competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A flexible, adaptable approach with good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations positively.
- A formal Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH) is desirable.
