We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead front-line mobile cleaning teams across Scotland, delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced operational environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for mobile cleaning teams
- Liaise with the central helpdesk to allocate and respond to incoming jobs
- Ensure all works are completed in line with SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations
- Lead, coach, and support operatives, including onboarding and training
- Conduct audits, site surveys, and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements
What we're looking for
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience managing mobile or front-line cleaning/service teams (desirable)
- Working within Soft FM (ideally Cleaning)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
