Location: Scotland (some travel required, mostly around the Central Belt)

Hours: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be needed)

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead front-line mobile cleaning teams across Scotland, delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced operational environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for mobile cleaning teams
  • Liaise with the central helpdesk to allocate and respond to incoming jobs
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations
  • Lead, coach, and support operatives, including onboarding and training
  • Conduct audits, site surveys, and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements

What we're looking for

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Experience managing mobile or front-line cleaning/service teams (desirable)
  • Working within Soft FM (ideally Cleaning)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
