What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver quality Legionella risk assessments to the highest professional standards.
  • Use industry leading digital tools to capture, analyse, and report data efficiently.
  • Produce schematic drawings and maintain accurate compliance records through delivery excellence.
  • Provide clear, practical recommendations to support compliance and risk reduction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional, expert service.
  • Support operational delivery to ensure contractual and compliance commitments are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct assessments in accordance with ACOP L8 (4th Edition), HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1:2019 and HTM 04-01 guidance.
  • Support a culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence throughout the business.

What We're Looking For

  • A City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments within the water treatment or water hygiene industry.
  • A detail orientated compliance professional focused on delivering exceptional service and adding value beyond compliance.
  • Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HSG282, BS8580-1 and HTM 04-01 compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent IT literacy, including experience using digital reporting systems.
  • The ability to produce accurate schematic drawings and technical documentation.
  • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
