Retail Security Officer

Job Overview

You are required to provide safety and security to our customer\’s property, people and/or assets in line with the published Assignment Instructions, delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators. Provide exceptional customer service to both staff and visitors alike, as well as undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development, all whilst upholding both Mitie and our clients reputation.

Main Duties

Training

For this role, you will be required to fully and satisfactorily complete all required competency training, as well as undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development as directed by the Operations Manager. You are required to ensure you renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.
