We are looking for a Night Hygiene Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. The role holder will be responsible for meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
In your new role, you will carry out general High Risk and Low Risk hygiene tasks including but not limited to:
- washing equipment, walls, floor & overheads
- mopping floors
- belt cleaning
- using scrubbing/sweeping equipment
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to ensure that the highest standards of visual and microbiological hygiene are always maintained across all areas of the site. You will also need to liaise closely with the Hygiene Team Leader, working with chemicals and ensuring containers are labelled and locked at all times. You will be required to operate cleaning equipment and complete deep sanitation.
Previous experience as a food manufacturing cleaner is desirable but not compulsory as full training will be provided. You will need to be able to dismantle equipment and machinery, handle and use chemicals - subject to passing your COSHH training. IPAF is desirable but not essential.
