Job objectives and responsibilities:
- Liaising with departmental management across HMP Millsike on their recruitment needs, assisting on drafting job descriptions and person specifications, adverts, liaising with external agencies as required and leading on the administration of applicants and their applications.
- Working closely with the Mitie Resourcing team to publish job adverts for vacancies on the Mitie website and other applicable platforms where vacancy requisitions have been authorised.
- Organising the scheduling of assessment centres and interviews for prospective applicants.
- Supporting recruiting managers at Assessment Centres, coordinating resources, booking venues.
- Coordinating Right to Work checks.
