Job Overview:
Manage the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including boilers, ventilation, water systems, CHP plant and compressors. Diagnose faults and failures in mechanical services and restore systems quickly to maintain business continuity. Lead the development and delivery of planned maintenance. Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Contribute to long-term maintenance planning, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Qualified in Mechanical or Plant Maintenance, or Building Services Engineering
- Significant experience of building services engineering and maintenance management (or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of modern mechanical systems and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and planning skills
- Knowledge of BMS and CAFM systems or similar systems
- Full and valid UK driving licence
