Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services to all operational assets in line with project requirements.
- Provide a multi‑skilled maintenance service covering electrical, mechanical and building fabric disciplines, including installations and modifications as required.
- Liaise with contractors and external suppliers, clearly communicating technical issues and ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in line with legal and company requirements.
- Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plant using sound diagnostic and problem‑solving skills to maximise equipment availability and performance.
- Ensure KPI and SLA compliance, complete documentation accurately and on time, and uphold health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or completion of a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (essential).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (essential).
- Experience working within commercial properties and a strong understanding of statutory compliance and health and safety legislation.
- Full UK driving licence.
