We're looking for a Porter/Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Responsibilities:
- -Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
- -Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
- -Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- -Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
- -Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
- - Clean offices, toilets, kitchens, corridors, stairwells, and common areas.
- -Maintain high standards in toilets and washrooms, including sanitising fixtures and replenishing consumables.
- -Empty bins, segregate waste, and keep disposal areas tidy.
- -cleaning — Support periodic deep cleans, carpet spot cleaning, and kitchen sanitisation.
- -Attend spills, leaks, and urgent hygiene issues promptly.
- -Internal deliveries — Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing parcels, mail, and internal deliveries.
- -Furniture moves — Support office moves, rearranging desks, chairs, and small equipment as required.
- -Room setup — Prepare meeting rooms, training rooms, and event spaces (chairs, tables, layout changes).
- -General assistance — Help staff and contractors with access, directions, and basic support tasks.
What we're looking for:
- -Ability to communicate and read basic English
- -Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- -Flexible and proactive approach to work-Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
- -Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
